By accessing and using CariAgent ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CariAgent is a property agent directory platform that connects property buyers and sellers with verified real estate agents in Malaysia. We provide listing services, agent profiles, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Agent Verification

All property agents listed on CariAgent must provide valid REN (Real Estate Negotiator) numbers issued by LPPEH (Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah dan Pengurus Harta). We verify these credentials but do not guarantee the accuracy of agent-provided information.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, post false information, harass other users, or engage in any illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CariAgent is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Platform or transactions between users and agents.
